With over 25 years of real estate experience in Utah, my top priority is to guide, educate, and advocate for every buyer I work with. My process always begins with a personalized buyer consultation, where we walk through everything you need to know before purchasing a home. We’ll review loan options, the pros and cons of different programs, how much you’ll need for a down payment, and all available zero-down opportunities. My goal is to make sure you feel informed, confident, and clear about the entire process.
I became a Realtor because of my own first-time home buying experience 26 years ago, I knew it could be done better. I promised myself that every buyer I’d work with would receive the level of education, support, and honesty I wished I had. That commitment has never changed.
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of helping three generations within the same families buy and sell real estate. I never give advice that I wouldn’t give to my own family members. Whether it’s negotiating strong terms, securing as much seller-paid closing costs as possible, or helping you understand how real estate builds generational wealth, I’m fully invested in protecting your best interests.
